ZSJ型雙螺桿擠出機
ZSJ型雙螺桿擠出機，是雙螺桿同向旋轉(zhuǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)，螺桿上的螺紋塊和混煉塊相互精密齒合作用下，將原料充分熱熔，取得混料和分散效果。
主要特點：
*高產(chǎn)出量和混煉效果, 光澤度比普通擠出機提高3-5度。
*機筒具有高效熱交換及溫度自動控制系統(tǒng)。
*機筒對開設(shè)計，清機、維修方便。
*電控模式有三種選擇：
(a)常規(guī)控制
(b)按歐洲標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計
(c)電腦觸摸屏 PLC可編程控制
*具有優(yōu)良的自清潔能力。
*進料系統(tǒng)備有計量螺桿，進料量準(zhǔn)確均勻。
*操作安全可靠。
*采用先進溫控表雙向PID控制±2℃。
*螺套采用分段式襯瓦設(shè)計。
*進料口配強磁保護裝置。
*采用專用硬齒面擠出機減速箱，低噪音，高效可靠。
*油路電控自動報警（選配）。
*螺筒設(shè)有軟化水自動循環(huán)冷卻系統(tǒng)（選配）
*喂料采用按摩或擺動裝置，防止物料打橋架空（選配）

This extruder is co-rotating twin screw extruder ,materials can achieve ideal dispersed and kneaded effect after fully hot-melted under the precise intermeshing action of the conveying elements and kneading elements on the screws.
